Image to PDF 2026 Privacy Policy

Overview

Image to PDF 2026 ("the app," "we," or "us") is an Android app that helps users convert selected images into PDF files. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the app.

Your selected images and generated PDF content are processed locally on your device for the core conversion flow. We do not upload those images or PDFs to an Image to PDF 2026 server.

Local Files and App Data

• Images you choose through the Android photo picker, only for creating the PDF you request.
• PDF files created by the app, filenames, file sizes, timestamps, and a recent-export history stored on your device.
• Preferences needed to operate the app, such as onboarding status and privacy choices.

This information is used to provide PDF creation, history, file-management, and preference features. It is not sent to our own server.

Advertising and Consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices where required. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share the following information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location.
• App and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views.
• Diagnostic information about app and advertising SDK performance.
• Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID when available.

Advertising data is transmitted to Google using encrypted connections. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers or local storage for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Where required, the app checks your consent status before requesting ads. If a privacy-options entry is available in the app's settings, you can use it to review or change your choices.

Analytics and Attribution

The production version of the app uses DataEye, Google Analytics for Firebase, and AppsFlyer to understand app reliability and feature use, measure advertising performance and revenue, and attribute app installs and re-engagement to marketing campaigns.

Depending on the service and your device settings, these providers process:

• App activity and lifecycle information, including app starts, sessions, feature interactions, conversion steps, and crash or diagnostic events.
• Advertising events, including ad requests, impressions, format, placement, advertising source, revenue value, currency, and measurement precision.
• Attribution information, including install or re-engagement source, media source, campaign, ad set, ad, channel, and first-launch status.
• App and device information, including app version, operating system, device model, language, IP-derived general location, app-instance identifiers, and the Android advertising ID when available.

DataEye processes app events and selected attribution fields for our internal product, reliability, and advertising-performance reports. Google Analytics for Firebase processes app usage and manually submitted ad-impression revenue events; the app does not rely on an automatic AdMob-to-Firebase revenue link. AppsFlyer processes install and re-engagement attribution and impression-level ad revenue. The app limits attribution data forwarded into DataEye to selected campaign and attribution fields and does not intentionally send selected image contents, generated PDF contents, filenames, email addresses, or other direct contact details to these analytics services.

Information We Do Not Require

• No account is required to use the core PDF creation features.
• The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, SMS, phone calls, or microphone.
• We do not sell your selected images, generated PDFs, or local PDF history.

Storage and Sharing

Generated PDFs and recent-export history are stored locally. You can delete history items and their associated app-managed files from within the app. Copies you export, open, or share may remain in locations or third-party apps that you control and are governed by those services' policies.

Local app information generally remains until you delete it, clear the app's data, or remove the app. Some information may remain in device or cloud backups controlled by Android, your device manufacturer, or your backup provider.

Advertising, analytics, and attribution information is transmitted to Google, DataEye, and AppsFlyer as described above and is retained according to the applicable service settings, contractual requirements, and provider policies. We may also retain information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Your Privacy Choices

• Choose which images to provide through the Android photo picker.
• Delete app-managed PDF history and associated files using the app's controls.
• Review or change advertising privacy choices through the in-app privacy-options entry when it is required and available.
• Reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings.
• Use Android privacy controls and any provider-supported choices to limit advertising personalization or identifier availability.

You may contact us with privacy questions or requests to access or delete information associated with the app. Because the app does not require an account and we do not intentionally send names or email addresses as analytics identifiers, we may need device or service identifiers and may not be able to associate aggregated information with you. Requests involving information controlled independently by Google, DataEye, AppsFlyer, Android, or another app must also be directed to that provider.

Data Security and International Processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the app's local-processing design, and SDK communications use encrypted network connections where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Advertising, consent, analytics, and attribution providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy policies and legal safeguards.

Children's Privacy

Image to PDF 2026 is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, service providers, or legal requirements. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.
